To successfully move from fruit to fruit, the player needs to make sure that they time their jumps perfectly. This requires a certain level of self-control, as clicking too early or too late will cause the girl to be sucked into a black hole or fly off the screen completely. Also, if the player wants to collect all the coins that are available, they need to be patient and know when to click at the most opportune time. Players who struggle with self-control will find the first few jumps good for practicing their self-control. Also, the player does not lose coins for failing, so there is a benefit to practicing self-control rather than clicking quickly without thinking. 

Focus: Getting started and then maintaining attention and effort to tasks.

Players who struggle with impulse control may find Fruit Girl beneficial for practicing this skill. In order to succeed in the game, the player needs to time their jumps as accurately as possible in order to collect all the coins and successfully land on the next piece of fruit. Also, each reset of the game places the fruit in a random order so the player will not know what to expect each time they begin again. Using focus will allow the player to notice when the timing is right to jump and how their trajectory can earn them the most coins.
