Magic Golf is essentially miniature golf where the ball looks like a bunny. To hit or putt the ball, the player pulls back on the screen until the meter reads what they want. The meter reads between zero and 100. The higher the number the harder the ball/bunny is hit. The player then aims where they want the bunny to go and release the screen to “hit” the ball.

The game offers many traditional miniature golf course features, but also offers things like launch pads and conveyor belts. There are chests that open after the player earns enough stars, as well as daily chests and chests every five levels. Other features include outfits for the bunny, tournaments, and challenges. For players that are really into the game, there is also the chance to create their own courses.

Magic Golf has in-game ads and purchases. The ESRB rated it E for Everyone and LW4K stands by this rating.

There are a large variety of obstacles in this game. This provides a lot of chance to practice coping with change and adapting to obstacles. The player has to be able to try new things—particularly new angles and levels on the power meter—if they are going to do well in this game. If they do not use these flexibility skills, they will fail to get all the stars and may even find themselves unable to unlock new levels.

This game requires precision to be good at it. The player must have just the right angle, with just the right power, in order to complete a hole. If they want all three stars, they also need to be quick and accurate. This means there is a lot of room for errors—and with that comes frustration and anger. If the player wants to continue to do well at this game, they have to utilize their self-control skills and stay calm. If they don’t stay calm, their aim and precision will get worse and they won’t reach their goals.
