Love music? Well then, prepare yourself for a wildly unique rhythm challenge in Groove Coaster, a game where you follow the beat by tapping the screen. As the song plays, the game generates a roller-coaster of simplistic 2D graphics filled with swirling color and stylistic visuals. Along the coaster are dots that serve as visual musical cues. As they approach, the player must time taps to the beat, pressing them at just the right time to stay in-sync with the music. Groove Coaster is easy to learn, does not contain any offensive material, and can easily be played by young players, making it recommended to ages 5 and up.

Adapting and adjusting to changing conditions and expectations.
In Groove Coaster, you are following a crazy path of musical cues throughout the entirety of the song. The direction you are taking can change at any moment and is constantly in motion. The player will need to be able to adapt to the changing circumstances in order to keep up with the momentum she has built, all while accurately tapping the cues. Also, songs can change tempo within or between themselves, tasking the player with alternating between quick paces and slower ones.
Getting started and then maintaining attention and effort to tasks. Ignoring external distractions.
There is a lot of striking visual imagery in Groove Coaster. Some songs have brightly colored backgrounds with various shapes floating around, which can be quite distracting. If the player is unable to ignore the distractions and maintain his attention on the music and the visual tapping cues, he will undoubtedly miss cues and achieve a lower score. Especially with the higher tempo songs, sustained attention becomes critical in accurately tapping cues as they fly by.
