Show And Tell is a new, simple and fun way to share stories and events using your tablet or phone. Kids, parents and teachers can use it to enhance communication with pictures, video, sounds and text-to-speech. From kindergarten circles to special education, anyone can benefit from this new way of expressing memories and ideas. Each story is organized in pages with a picture, video and text. The pages can have a sound clip attached or text-to-speech interpretation. The stories can be added and edited with an easy to use “wizard” guide, and stories can be saved as PDF and e-mailed. It can be easily used as a photo album, a collection of children’s drawings, or a quick way to record travel memories. The app is useful for young children, but is versatile enough for teens as well, making it recommended for use with kids ages 4 and up.

Show and Tell is a great app for teaching kids hope to organize a story. The app's innovative take on story-telling lets users do more than simple relay the days events with text. The ability to add video, sound and photos gives kids the tools to combine multiple formats of media into a cohesive whole. Users can add items from their library or capture and record them on the fly, helping them sequence ideas and logically organize their thoughts and feelings into a multi-page story.
Understanding our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
Recapping the days events is a great way to get children to reflect on their experiences. Having a conversation about what happening is a great start, but the ability to revisit video and photos form past events is a great way to jog the memory and help kids relive moments from their past. Being in touch with ones feelings towards people and events is an excellent way to encourage kids to express themselves and relay to others the things they find I'm-portant and valuable.
