Flexibility: Trying something new.

Rebel Girls is a great way for users to practice their flexibility skills and try something new. Because the women represented in the app are from a variety of cultures, countries, and career paths, it is more than likely that the user will be unfamiliar with some of their stories. This is where they can practice flexibility and choose a story from a woman they have not heard of before. For users who struggle with this skill, the stories are 10-15 minutes in length so it is a perfect way to slowly build up this skill. 

Self-Awareness: Understanding our own actions, thoughts and feelings. 

Rebel Girls is also a great way for the user to practice their self-awareness skills. All of the stories told in the app are meant to be inspirational and informational. By listening to the stories of women and young girls who have achieved their goals and contributed so much to the world, the user can feel inspired that they too have a story to tell and can make a difference in the world.
