LingroToGo  helps kids practice and improve the following skills:

Working Memory: Recalling and retaining information in our minds while working. 

Students who are learning a foreign language often have trouble keeping all of the new vocabulary and rules in their mind at the same time. LingroToGo addresses this with students and offers tips for memorization and addresses student frustrations in a realistic way. For example, LingrotoGo emphasizes the importance of choosing the most relevant and important words to study first, allowing students with Working Memory deficits to build that skill up a few vocabulary words at a time. 

Time Management: Increasing efficiency.

The games and trivia in the LingrotoGo app are timed, challenging students to get as many answers right as possible within the time limit. Students need to move through the game portions quickly and efficiently, requiring them to remember the vocabulary and phrasing they learned in the previous lesson.  Building this level of confidence can also help when students are taking timed tests and quizzes at school.
