Today we are talking about a new expansion to a modern favorite, Sea of Thieves A Pirate’s Life! This game is an action adventure where you play as a pirate sailing your own ship! In the base game, players get to realistically sail across the ocean while controlling the angle and size of their sails, search islands for clues, and use shovels to dig up treasure and become rich. But you’ll have to be careful to watch out for other pirates trying to rob your treasure, as well as the deadly kraken! Your boat can become damaged and may need to be repaired with wood, and quickly have water bailed out using buckets. The new Pirate’s Life expansion has five new story chapters filled with mysterious puzzles, epic battles, and surprises with characters from the Pirates of the Caribbean like Captain Jack and Barbosa.
Players will need to use their Flexibility and Focus skills to make it all the way through the new Pirate’s Life expansion. The new story chapters are filled with fun battles, but to successfully make it past some of the challenging puzzles you’ll need to pay close attention to your environment and be flexible as you try different ways to make your past each challenge. If you find yourself confused you may need to walk back and closely search for clues to find the way through. Checkpoints along the way can help if you die, but you may end up in Davy Jones’ locker for a minute or 2 before you can teleport back.
Once you gather treasure and fill your bags with gold coins, what will you buy? Shiny new sails and cannons for your boat, a new jacket, hat, or hand hook? Maybe a cat companion to stay with on your boat. Let us know in the comments below, and if you enjoyed this video be sure to hit the subscribe button to see new reviews and playt hroughs.
