Breathe2Relax is an app designed to teach users to practice relaxing breathing techniques. The application provides a video demonstration of proper breathing practices as well as timed “cycles” for inhaling and exhaling, which can be adjusted to meet users’ unique breathing patterns. Additionally, the app features a selection of soothing music and backgrounds to accompany breathing cycles. Users are asked to log their stress level before and after completing a breathing cycle, and their answers are tracked on a graph for comparison and analysis over time.
